Farmhouse Ale – Saison - the roots of this classic Belgian beer style can be found back in time, when farmers brewed beer during the colder months and kept it till summer, when they and their workers needed a refreshing drink after a long workday. Saison beer is light, fizzy beer with notes of fruits, spices, and yeast. It has earthy, flowery or herbal aroma, and it is a great addition to a meal.
Taste: a combination of Belgian yeast and Latvian birch whisks.
