Herbal hoppy ale is a beer with highly minimized amount of allergens. A beer, that fins balance between three different syles - wheat, APA and Herbal ale. Brewed with lemongrass, fermented with wheat yeast, without wheat malt. Wheat yeast, Mosaic hops aroma and lemongrass are dominant both in taste and smell of this beer.
